Safer access to your roofspace to service your air-conditioning plant or other mechanical or electrical services in your roof cavity. A fixed, retractable Attic Stair provides far safer access than an unstable step ladder. Your electrician and air-conditioning mechanic will love it!

  Measure Ceiling height. If you are considering the Top Flyte ECO or Deluxe, also measure
   the floor to floor height and check the specifications.
   Check your ceiling structure to make sure that there is an unobstructed space large
   enough to accommodate the ladder of your choice.
   Check that your ceiling structure will support the ladder and storage area that you have in
   mind. Make sure any load you put in your ceiling cavity is being supported by load-bearing
   structure. If in doubt, consult a building professional.
